I created this space to help autism and neurodivergent families find practical resources, playful ideas, and encouragement along the way.

As a parent, I've experienced the joy, challenges, and countless questions that can come with navigating neurodivergence. Along the journey, I've learned that support, community, and accessible information can make a world of difference.

My hope is that The Playful Spectrum becomes a place where families can discover helpful resources, celebrate everyday victories, and know they aren't alone.
